研究目的：

1.探索PNF运动模式对SIS患者肩峰下间隙及肩周肌群的协调激活的实时特征的健患侧差异; 2.比较PNF运动模式与常规单维度运动对SIS患侧肩峰下间隙及肩周肌群的协调激活的实时特征的差异 3.检验单次PNF治疗与单次经典运动治疗对SIS患者肩部结构与功能的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the difference of real-time features of coordinated activation of subacromial space and perishoulder muscle group in SIS patients with PNF motor mode; 2. To compare the difference of the real-time characteristics of coordinated activation of subacromial space and perishoulder muscle group on SIS affected side between PNF exercise mode and conventional single-dimensional exercise; 3. To investigate the difference between single PNF treatment and single classical exercise therapy on shoulder structure and function in SIS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①按照ICD11诊断标准，经临床评估和影像学检查确诊为肩峰下撞击综合征患者 ②年龄18-65岁 ③病程≥3月 ④单侧发病 ⑤可配合治疗 ⑥签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① The patients who were diagnosed with subacromial impingement syndrome by clinical evaluation and imaging examination, accorded to the diagnostic criteria of ICD11, Age 18-65 years old ③ Duration of disease ≥3 months ④ Unilateral disease ⑤ can be combined with treatment ⑥ Sign the informed consent

排除标准：

①重度及以上骨质疏松 ②明确手术指征 ③合并神经损伤 ④肩周炎（冻结肩）、肩周肿瘤或肩周骨折 ⑤肩关节手术史或有内植物 ⑥1月内有肩关节腔药物注射史

Exclusion criteria：

① Osteoporosis, severe and above ② Cleard indications for surgery ③ Complicated with nerve injury ④ Periarthritis of shoulder (frozen shoulder), perishoulder tumor or perishoulder fracture ⑤ History of shoulder joint surgery or endoplant ⑥ History of shoulder joint cavity drug injection within 1 month
