研究目的：

了解AGI在脓毒症患者中的发生率及各级分布情况。建立基于AGI分级的脓毒症预测诊断模型，提高脓毒症诊断的敏感性及特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the incidence and distribution of AGI in sepsis patients,and establish the predictive diagnosis model of sepsis based on AGI classification to improve the sensitivity and specificity of sepsis diagnosis.

纳入标准：

年龄≥18 岁；符合脓毒症诊断标准：感染+序贯器官衰竭评分(sequentialorgan failure assessment，SOFA)≥2 分。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years old; Sepsis diagnosis criteria: infection + sequentialorgan failure assessment (SOFA)≥2 points.

排除标准：

妊娠、中途放弃治疗、入院后3天内死亡患者

Exclusion criteria：

pregnancy, death within 3days after admission, halfway abandoned treatment
