研究目的：

本研究就将基于孤独症患儿体内微量元素及维生素A/D水平进行分组，随后给予为期3个月的复合益生菌干预，检测孤独症患儿的肠道菌群结构及肠道相关神经递质等指标的变化，评估患儿胃肠及行为问题的是否得到改善，期望阐明微量元素及维生素A/D的缺乏是否会影响益生菌对ASD患儿行为及胃肠问题的作用，本研究将为孤独症患儿胃肠问题的治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, autistic children were divided into groups based on the levels of trace elements and vitamin A/D, and then given compound probiotic intervention for 3 months to detect the changes in gut flora structure and enteric-related neurotransmitters and other indicators of children with autism, and to evaluate whether the gastrointestinal and behavioral problems of autistic children were improved. It is expected to clarify whether the deficiency of trace elements and vitamin A/D will affect the effect of probiotics on the behavior and gastrointestinal problems of ASD children, and this study will provide scientific basis for the treatment of gastrointestinal problems in ASD children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄3-10周岁，男、女不限； 2. 符合美国精神病学会《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第五版(DSM-5)关于ASD的诊断标准； 3. 伴有腹泻、便秘、腹胀等胃肠症状； 4. 受试者和（或）监护人签署知情同意书，同意研究者配合临床试验全过程并采集临床资料和外周血、粪便样本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 3-10 years old, male and female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 3. Accompanied by diarrhea, constipation, abdominal distension and other gastrointestinal symptoms; 4. The subject and/or guardian sign informed consent, agreeing to cooperate with the researcher in the whole process of clinical trial and collect clinical data, peripheral blood and fecal samples.

排除标准：

1.明确有脑外伤、脑瘫、脑炎等脑部器质性疾病史；2. 明确诊断为其他精神疾病； 3. 存在肠道器质性病变如先天性巨结肠、肠梗阻、肠套叠等； 4. 存在病理性肠道炎症改变，如炎症性肠病等；5. 近3个月内或在接下来6个月内有计划使用抗生素类影响肠道菌群药物； 6. 近12个月内曾接受过FMT治疗; 7. 近3个月服用过维生素A/D及复合微量元素以及其他相关药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having history of brain trauma, cerebral palsy, encephalitis and other organic brain diseases; 2. diagnosed with other mental illness; 3. There are organic intestinal diseases such as hirschsprung's disease, intestinal obstruction, intussusception, etc.; 4. Pathological intestinal inflammatory changes, such as inflammatory bowel disease; 5. In the last 3 months or in the next 6 months, there are plans to use antibiotics that affect the gut flora; 6. Have received FMT treatment within the last 12 months; 7. Have taken vitamin A/D, complex trace elements and other related drugs in the past 3 months.
