评价改良五音呼吸操联合循经拍背早期干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病（慢阻肺）急性加重患者的临床疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of improved Five-Tone Respiratory Exercises combined with back tapping along the meridians in patients with acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期诊断标准； ②年龄40～80岁； ③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; ② Age range from 40 to 80 years old; ③ Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①入组前1月内或正在参加其他康复治疗临床试验者； ②合并恶性肿瘤、严重骨关节、神经-肌肉系统病变者，或因严重心功能不全不能耐受肺康复治疗者； ③由于听力、运动、文化程度、语言功能障碍或其他原因不能配合完成临床观察者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals within one month prior to enrollment or currently participating in other rehabilitation treatment clinical trials; ② Patients with malignant tumors, severe bone and joint, and neuromuscular system disorders, or those who cannot tolerate pulmonary rehabilitation treatment due to severe heart failure; ③ Individuals who are unable to cooperate in completing clinical observations due to hearing, physical activity, educational level, language impairment, or other reasons.

采用“慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重诊治中国专家共识(2023年修订版)”的标准治疗方案，根据患者病情选择控制性氧疗、支气管舒张剂、糖皮质激素、抗菌素、机械通气等治疗措施。
