研究目的：

评价扶阳运枢方干预肥胖代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效及安全性，探讨扶阳运枢方对胰岛素抵抗的作用，初步分析扶阳运枢方的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuyang Yunshu Decoction in the treatment of obesity and metabolic syndrome (MS), to explore the effect of Fuyang Yunshu decoction on insulin resistance, and to analyze the mechanism of Fuyang Yunshu decoction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合MS疾病诊断标准； 2.年龄在18-80岁； 3.符合腹型肥胖：腰围男性≥90cm，女性≥85cm；或BMI≥25kg/m2； 4.符合脾肾阳虚，湿瘀内阻中医证型的患者； 5.愿意服从医生的治疗方案并配合随访，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MS; 2. aged from 18 to 80 years old; 3. Conforming to abdominal obesity: waist circumference ≥90cm for men and ≥85cm for women; Or BMI≥25kg/m2; 4. patients with the TCM syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, dampness and blood stasis; 5. willing to obey the doctor's treatment plan and cooperate with follow-up, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重心肝肾功能不全（血肌酐清除率＜30ml/min，丙氨酸氨基转移酶≥2.5倍正常上限，总胆红素≥1.5倍正常上限；慢性心功能不全，心功能分级III级和以上）； 2.恶性肿瘤患者； 3.近3个月发生急性心脑血管意外患者； 4.急性感染患者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.精神病患者不能理解研究性质、范围和可能结果或不能遵守医嘱者； 7.正在参加其它类似干预治疗者； 8.继发性血脂、血压、血糖异常； 9.1型糖尿病； 10.甲亢或甲减患者；服用糖皮质激素、避孕药、减肥药等影响体重药物的患者。 11.生活不能自理者或认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance < 30ml/min, alanine aminotransferase ≥2.5 times upper limit of normal, total bilirubin ≥1.5 times upper limit of normal; Chronic heart failure, cardiac function grade III and above). 2. patients with malignant tumors; 3. patients with acute cardio-cerebrovascular accident in the past 3 months; 4. patients with acute infection; 5. pregnant or lactating women; 6. the mentally ill person cannot understand the nature, scope and possible results of the study or cannot comply with the doctor's advice; 7. those who were taking other similar interventions; 8.secondary abnormal blood lipids, blood pressure and blood glucose; 9. type 1 diabetes mellitus; 10. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; Patients taking medications that affect body weight, such as glucocorticoids, contraceptives, and weight-loss drugs. 11. People who cannot take care of themselves or have cognitive impairment.
