通过多项指标（神经心理学、患者结局报告、生物学及影像学指标）阐明以多重机制算法、训练自适应等关键技术为基础的个性化中医特色健脑云平台在改善社区轻度认知障碍患者认知功能及提高其生存质量方面的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Multiple indicators (neuropsychology, patient outcome report, biological and imaging indicators) were used to clarify the role of personalized traditional Chinese medicine characteristic Jiannao cloud platform based on key technologies such as multi-mechanism algorithm and training adaptation in improving the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with mild cognitive impairment in the community.

纳入标准：

（1）MCI的诊断标准参考《中国痴呆与认知障碍指南（2018）》，主要有4点：a)患者或知情者报告 ，或有经验的临床医师发现认知的损害；b) 存在一个或多个认知功能域损 害的客观证据(来自认知测验 )；c)复杂的工具性日常能力可以有轻微损害 ， 但保持独立的日常生活能力；d)尚未达到痴呆的诊断。 （2）年龄≥60岁且≤80岁； （3）病程3个月以上； （4）在研究社区居住1年以上且在2年内无搬离计划； （5）有足够的视觉和听觉分辨力能接受神经心理学测试； （6）有可上网的智能手机或具备简单的电脑操作和上网技能； （7）知情同意并自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnostic criteria for MCI refer to the Chinese Guidelines for Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (2018). There are four main points: a) cognitive impairment reported by the patient or an informant, or found by an experienced clinician; b) objective evidence of impairment in one or more cognitive domains (from cognitive tests); c) complex instrumental activities of daily living can be slightly impaired, but independent activities of daily living can be maintained; d) a diagnosis of dementia has not been reached; (2) age ≥60 years old and ≤80 years old; (3) the course of disease was more than 3 months; (4) lived in the study community for more than 1 year and had no plan to move away within 2 years; (5) sufficient visual and auditory resolution to undergo neuropsychological testing; (6) having a smart phone with Internet access or simple computer operation and Internet access skills; (7) Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

（1）不符合上述标准以及资料不全者；（2）其他疾病引起的认知障碍者；（3）严重的心、肝、肾疾病者；（4）不愿接受本研究或其他原因不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who do not meet the above standards or have incomplete data; (2) cognitive impairment caused by other diseases; (3) severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; (4) Unwilling to accept this study or unable to cooperate for other reasons.

按照实用性临床试验研究方法（属真实世界研究的一种）设为对照组和干预组。采用随机数字表法将 60 例 MCI 患者随机分成对照组和干预组，每组 30例。
