Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of sports-and-medicine integrated model on the prevention and control of diabetes based on the cluseter randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

针对糖尿病预防研究：（1）30-70岁的常住居民； （2）依从性较好，配合检查及日后随访； （3）具有一定读写能力；（4）糖尿病前期人群诊断依据：依据美国糖尿病学会(ADA)指南，满足以下三点中的任何一点：①空腹血糖(FPG)在5.6~6.9 mmol/L；②口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT） 2 h的血糖(2hPG)浓度在7.8~11.0 mmol/L；或③糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）在5.7%~6.4%。 针对糖尿病控制研究：（1）30-70岁的常住居民； （2）依从性较好，配合检查及日后随访； （3）具有一定读写能力；（4）糖尿病诊断依据：符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》（2020年版）诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

For diabetes prevention study: (1) residents aged 30-70 years; (2) Those who were more compliant and able to cooperate with the examination and later follow-up visits; (3) having certain reading and writing ability; (4) Prediabetes was diagnosed according to the American Diabetes Association (ADA) guidelines, which met any one of the following three points :①FPG was 5.6-6.9 mmol/L; ②Oral glucose tolerance test 2-hour blood glucose concentration was 7.8-11.0 mmol/L; ③Glycosylated hemoglobin was 5.7%-6.4%. For diabetes control study: (1) Residents aged 30-70 years; (2) Those who were more compliant and able to cooperate with the examination and later follow-up visits; (3) having certain reading and writing ability; (4) diabetes was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of type 2 Diabetes" (2020 edition).

排除标准：

针对糖尿病预防研究：（1）使用降糖药物如二甲双胍预防糖尿病或使用GLP-1受体激动剂用于减重；（2）既往确诊心血管疾病（如冠心病、心肌梗死、脑出血、脑梗死等）或疑似存在心血管疾病者（如日常活动中出现明显胸闷胸痛、轻微活动后即出现气喘气促或心慌、日常步行过程中出现下肢疼痛而需要休息者）；（3）近半年内有骨折或行骨关节相关手术者；（4）近半年内有多次摔倒史者，或因身体健康原因需要休息者；（5）病情不稳定者：如未控制的高血压（血压>160/100mmHg）、严重肝肾功能不全、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重等；（6）精神异常不能配合（包括老年痴呆症等）。 针对糖尿病控制研究：（1）糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）达标的人群[即，HbA1c<7.0%]，或 HbA1c＞11.0%的人群。（2）既往确诊心血管疾病（如冠心病、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、不稳定性心绞痛、脑出血、脑梗死等）或疑似存在心血管疾病者（如日常活动中出现明显胸闷胸痛、轻微活动后即出现气喘气促或心慌、日常步行过程中出现下肢疼痛而需要休息者）；（3）近半年内有骨折或行骨关节相关手术者；（4）近半年内有多次摔倒史者，或因身体健康原因需要休息者；（5）病情不稳定者：如未控制的高血压（血压>160/100mmHg）、严重肝肾功能不全、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重等；（6）精神异常不能配合（包括老年痴呆症等）。

Exclusion criteria：

For diabetes prevention study: (1) Those who used glucose-lowering drugs such as metformin for prevention of diabetes or glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists for weight loss; (2) Previously diagnosed cardiovascular disease (e.g., coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable angina, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.) or suspected cardiovascular disease (e.g., significant chest tightness and chest pain during daily activities, shortness of breath or panic attacks immediately after light activities, lower extremity pain during daily walking that requires rest); (3) Those who have had a bone fracture or bone and joint related surgery within the last six months; (4) Those who have a history of multiple falls within the last six months or those who need to rest for health reasons; (5) Those with unstable medical conditions: e.g. uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure >160/100mmHg), severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (6) Mental abnormality unable to cooperate (including Alzheimer's disease, etc.).
