研究目的：

弹力带柔性抗阻训练对老年肌少症患者肌肉质量及跌倒风险的影响；并与常规治疗对照，观察两者的临床疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of elastic resistance training on the muscle mass and the risk of falls in elderly patients with sarcopenia; and compare with conventional treatment, the clinical efficacy difference between the two was observed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.衡阳市人群，年龄≥60岁；
2.能独立行走，能参加握力和步速的测量；
3.自愿参加此项研究并已经签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hengyang City resident, age ≥ 60 years old;
2. Patients who can walk independently and take part in the measurement of grip strength and walking speed;
3. Patients willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在精神、认知、言语障碍或听力障碍者；
2.有严重的骨关节疾病或骨折未愈合者；
3.有心血管、肺、肝肾等严重脏器功能障碍；
4.严重失能不能配合测试者；
5.资料不全者以及拒绝参与调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental, cognitive, speech or hearing disorders;
2. Patients with serious bone and joint disease or nonunion of fracture;
3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney;
4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the test due to severe disability;
5. Patients with incomplete data and refusing to participate in the investigation.

按本实验受试者进入试验的先后顺序进行01~64编码，从随机数字表中第二行第一列开始，抄取64个随机数字，如遇到相同的数字，则剔除，抄取下一个随机数。按1~64的顺序每一个编码对应一个随机数。然后对随机数字按从小到大排序，从排序后的随机数中规定前32个所对应的编码的受试者进入对照组，后32个对应的编码的受试者进入治疗组。
