研究目的：

评估重庆市放射工作人员的职业健康状况，探讨电离辐射对重庆市放射人员外周血淋巴细胞微核、染色体畸变、白内障、甲状腺激素、听力、皮肤、肝肾功能、外周血象等变化的影响，为预防控制放射人员辐射损伤和完善辐射防护基础标准提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the occupational health status of radiation workers in Chongqing, and explore the effects of ionizing radiation on micronucleus, chromosome aberration, cataract, thyroid hormone, hearing, skin, liver and kidney function, peripheral blood image, etc., in order to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling radiation injury and improving basic radiation protection standards.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 坚持佩戴个人剂量检测仪; 2. 定期职业健康体检者; 3. 年龄为18周岁及以上; 4. 无沟通障碍;

Inclusion criteria

1. Always wear a personal dose monitor; 2. Regular occupational health examination; 3. Age 18 and above; 4. No communication barriers;

排除标准：

1.染色体畸变，微核异常； 2.血液相关疾病，外周血象异常； 3.肝肾功异常； 4.甲状腺相关疾病，甲状腺激素异常； 5.癌症； 6.白内障，青光眼；

Exclusion criteria：

1. chromosomal aberrations, micronucleus abnormalities; 2. Peripheral blood abnormalities and blood-related diseases; 3. abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Patients with abnormal thyroid hormones and thyroid-related diseases; 5. cancer; 6. Patients with cataract and glaucoma;

数据采集和管理均使用EDC, 重庆市疾病预防控制中心自2008年使用个人监测系统，该系统提供涵盖整个监测过程的功能，如系统管理和自动生成定期试验报告、年度剂量报告和超过调查水平的剂量调查表

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

EDC is used for data collection and management. Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention has been using a personal dose monitoring system since 2008, which provides functions covering the whole monitoring process, such as system management, and autogeneration of reports that are periodical test report, annual dose report and investigation form for dose exceeding investigation level.
