基于积极心理学视角，评价以意义为中心的人生回顾干预方案在晚期癌症患者中的可行性及其对生存痛苦及积极心理特质的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the feasibility of a meaning centered life review intervention program in advanced cancer patients and its intervention effect on survival pain and positive psychological traits.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②经病理或临床确诊为晚期癌症；③患者对疾病诊断及预后知晓；

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 18 years old; ② Diagnosed as advanced cancer through pathology or clinical examination; ③ Patients are aware of the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease;

排除标准：

①严重失能及病情恶化(KPS＜ 40分)；②正在接受其它心理干预或心理治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe disability and worsening of the condition (KPS<40 points); ② Individuals undergoing other psychological interventions or treatments.

利用 Research Randomizer 网站（https://www.randomizer.org）产生1套三组（set1、set2、set3），每组68个，共 204个不重复的随机数字，由非本研究的人员将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，并由其保管。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study will generate a set of three groups (set1, set2, set3) utilizing the Research Randomizer website( https://www.randomizer.org ) each consisting of 68 random numbers, totaling 204 non repeating random numbers. Non study participants will place these random numbers in sequentially encoded, sealed, and opaque envelopes for safekeeping.

盲法：

在开展以意义为中心的人生回顾干预时较难对干预者以及研究对象实施盲法。考虑到本研究的结局指标生存痛苦、生命意义感、益处发现、为主观指标，因此，本研究对资料收集员和资料分析员设盲，以避免数据收集和分析过程中潜在的检测偏差。

Blinding：

It is difficult to implement blinding for both the intervener and the research subjects when conducting meaning centered life review interventions. Considering that the outcome indicators of this study, including survival pain, sense of meaning in life, and discovery of benefits, are subjective indicators, this study blinded data collectors and data analysts to avoid potential detection biases during the data collection and analysis process.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2019建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入，并采用SPSS 27.0软件进行数据处理。

The data is measured and collected by specially trained data collectors. A database was established using Excel 2019. To ensure the accuracy of data entry, all data was entered by two people and processed using SPSS 27.0 software.
