研究目的：

探讨营养膳食与基因、肠道菌群及其代谢物相互作用对动脉粥样硬化（AS）发病影响，为AS营养膳食防治措施建立提供科学依据和奠定基础，为AS及冠心病等心血管疾病防治提供膳食干预措施和干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the interaction between nutrition and diet, genes, gut microbiota and its metabolites on the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis (AS), providing scientific basis and laying foundation for the establishment of nutritional and dietary measures to prevent and treat AS, and providing dietary intervention measures and targets for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as AS and coronary heart disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 冠脉造影或冠脉CTA诊断为冠心病； 3. 广东省佛山市常住居民； 4. 获得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Equal to or larger than 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of CHD by coronary angiography or coronary CTA; 3. Permanent resident of Foshan City, Guangdong Province; 4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.诊断有癌症、精神疾病、肝或肾功能衰竭及肢体残疾不能正常行走者； 2.意识、语言表达能力障碍； 3.怀孕及哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those diagnosed with cancer, mental illness, liver or kidney failure and physical disability who cannot walk normally; 2. Impairment of consciousness and language expression ability; 3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
