研究目的：

（1）评价分阶段精准干预模式在降低GDM妇女T2DM风险中的有效性；（2）对项目进行过程评价，分析实施过程的促进和阻碍因素，优化干预模式。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluate the effectiveness of a staged target oriented program in reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes in women with gestational diabetes mellitus. (2) Conduct a process evaluation of the program, analyze the facilitating and hindering factors in the implementation process, and optimize the intervention model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中国《妊娠期高血糖诊治指南（2022）》妊娠期糖尿病的诊断标准；②年龄≥18岁；③妊娠≤32周；④宫内单胎妊娠；⑤有智能手机并能自主使用微信；⑥能在该研究点体检或就医至产后1年；⑦能听懂普通话；⑧自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus according to the Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (2022). (2) Age ≥ 18 years. (3) Gestational age ≤ 32 weeks. (4) Singleton pregnancy. (5) Have a smartphone and be able to independently use WeChat. (6) Able to undergo medical examinations or receive medical care at the research site for up to 1 year postpartum. (7) Understand Mandarin Chinese. (8) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①有精神病史；②存在认知障碍、视力障碍、听力障碍；③存在严重心、脑、肾等器官功能损害或者躯体残疾；④存在胎盘早剥、前置胎盘等异常妊娠情况；⑤同时参加其它科研项目。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of mental illness. (2) Presence of cognitive impairments, visual impairments, or hearing impairments. (3) Severe physical disabilities or organ dysfunction in the heart, brain, kidneys, or other organs. (4) Presence of abnormal pregnancy conditions such as placental abruption or placenta previa. (5) Concurrent participation in other research projects.

本研究采用分层随机化的方法，将医院根据级别进行分层后按照1:1的比例随机分为干预组和对照组。在对不同等级医院进行随机分组时，预先设定随机数小的为干预组，随机数大的为对照组，然后用Rand函数在每层内生成随机数，根据随机数大小进行排序，按照预先设定的规则，小的为干预组，大的为对照组。

This study used a stratified randomization method, where hospitals were stratified based on their levels and then randomly divided into intervention and control groups in a 1:1 ratio. When randomizing hospitals of different levels into groups, a predefined rule was set where hospitals with smaller random numbers were assigned to the intervention group, and those with larger random numbers were assigned to the control group. Random numbers were generated within each stratum using the Rand function, and the hospitals were sorted based on the magnitude of the random numbers, following the predefined rule of assigning smaller numbers to the intervention group and larger numbers to the control group.
