研究目的：

（1）通过运用十宝汤治疗肾精亏虚型LOH，以寻求治疗LOH安全有效的方法，并进一步评价十宝汤治疗LOH的临床疗效及安全性。 （2）通过检测LOH患者骨骼肌质量，从而验证骨骼肌质量与LOH发病的相关性及骨骼肌质量指数对LOH诊断上的意义，为其临床应用提供更有力的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Shibao Decoction was used to treat nephroessence deficiency type LOH, so as to seek a safe and effective method for the treatment of LOH, and further evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shibao decoction in the treatment of LOH. (2) The correlation between skeletal muscle mass and the onset of LOH and the significance of skeletal muscle mass index in the diagnosis of LOH were verified by detecting skeletal muscle mass in patients with LOH, providing a more powerful theoretical basis for its clinical application.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄区间为45-70岁之间的男性； ② 符合西医诊断标准与中医诊断标准，中医辨证为肾精亏虚型，并符合PADAM症状评分表评分标准； ③ 同意受试并签署患者知情同意书； ④ 近期未接受相关治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

① Men aged 45-70 years; ②It meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine, the syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine is kidney essence deficiency type, and meets the scoring criteria of PADAM symptom scale; ③ Agree to the subject and sign the patient's informed consent; ④ Patients who have not received relevant treatment recently.

排除标准：

① 合并有肝、肾功能不全和血液病等疾病者； ② 怀疑或已患有前列腺癌或其他如睾丸炎、附睾炎等疾病者； ③ 血清前列腺特异性抗原（Prostate Specific Antigen, PSA）>4ng/ml者； ④ 36个月内服用过其它性激素类药物者； ⑤ 有精神类疾病或病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with liver, renal insufficiency and blood diseases; ② Suspected or already suffering from prostate cancer or other diseases such as orchitis, epididymitis; Serum prostate-specific Antigen (PSA) >4ng/ml; ④ Those who have taken other sex hormone drugs within 36 months; ⑤ People with mental illness or history.

60例患者按照随机分组的方法，选择黑、白两色小球60个置于四周密封，仅容一只手可伸入的不透明纸箱中，并以黑色布块包绕洞口，保证无法看到箱中物品，嘱患者随机抽选1个小球，选取前不对患者告知分组原则，抽选后小球不再放回，直到全部小球抽选完后，则分组结束。按照小球颜色对患者进行分组，选取黑色小球者纳入治疗组，选取白色小球者纳入对照组。

According to the method of random grouping, 60 patients selected 60 black and white balls and placed them in an opaque carton sealed around which only one hand could reach, and wrapped black cloth around the hole to ensure that they could not see the items in the box. Patients were asked to randomly select one ball without informing them of the grouping principle before selection, and the balls would not be put back until all the balls were selected. The group ends. Patients were grouped according to the color of the balls. Black balls were included in the treatment group, and white balls were included in the control group.
