研究目的：

（1）明确ISAN评分、AIS-APS评分以及ICH-APS-A评分对于SAP的预测价值。 （2）明确SAP发生和相关危险因素的关系，找出与SAP发生最相关的危险因素。 （3）明确SAP致病菌分布状况，为临床用药提供微生物依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Identify the predictive value of ISAN, AIS-APS and ICH-APS-A scores for the SAP. (2) Identify the relationship SAP occurrence and associated risk factors and identify the risk factors most relevant to SAP occurrence. (3) Identify the distribution of SAP pathogenic bacteria and provide microbiological basis for clinical drug use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.脑卒中诊断标准：根据世界卫生组织标准对脑卒中进行定义，并根据第一次脑扫描结果将脑卒中分为缺血性脑卒中、出血性脑卒中。
2.SAP的诊断标准：脑卒中后小于7天发生肺炎 ，符合 CDC诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnostic criteria for stroke: stroke was defined according to the world health organization criteria and divided into ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke according to the results of the first brain scan.
2. SAP diagnostic criteria: pneumonia occurs less than 7 days after stroke and meets CDC diagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

年龄＜18岁；肺炎临床表现相近的疾病如肺部肿瘤、肺结核、肺水肿、肺不张、非感染性肺间质病、肺栓塞等；卒中前有明确肺部感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

age <18 years; diseases with similar clinical manifestations of pneumonia such as lung tumors, tuberculosis, pulmonary edema, atelectasis, non-infectious pulmonary interstitial disease, pulmonary embolism, etc.; there are definite pulmonary infections before stroke.
