研究目的：

本研究选取结直肠癌患者及其配偶照顾者作为研究对象，以提高结直肠癌患者-配偶照顾者共同应对疾病能力为干预主要内容，在制定的科学、可行的结直肠癌患者-配偶照顾者共同应对支持性干预方案的基础上，通过实施、评估干预方案，来确定该干预方案对结直肠癌夫妻益处发现能力、癌症适应(即婚姻满意度、生活质量、共同应对、心理适应状况) 的实际作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, colorectal cancer patients and their spouse caregivers were selected as research objects, and the main intervention content was to improve the joint coping ability of colorectal cancer patients and spouse caregivers. Based on the scientific and feasible joint coping support intervention plan for colorectal cancer patients and spouse caregivers, the implementation and evaluation of the intervention plan were carried out. To determine the actual effect of the intervention on benefit detection ability, cancer adaptation (i.e., marital satisfaction, quality of life, co-coping, psychological adaptation) in couples with colorectal cancer.

纳入标准：

①夫妻一方被病理诊断确诊为结直肠癌；②经患者认同承担绝大部分照顾工作者为配偶；③夫妻双方年龄均大于18岁；④患者和配偶照顾者均无言语沟通障碍；⑤患者及其配偶照顾者均自愿参与本项目。

Inclusion criteria

(I) One partner of the couple was diagnosed with colorectal cancer (any stage); (ll) the spouse was the primary one informal caregiver of the patient; (llI) adult married couples (age >18 years old); (IV) neither patient nor spousal had a verbal communication disorder; (V) both partners of the couple were willing to participate in the caregiver program.

排除标准：

①非配偶提供照顾者；③配偶照顾者本身患有严重的身体或心理疾病；③拒绝参与或中途要求退出参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

(l)the spouse was not the primary informal caregiver of the patient; (ll) spousal caregivers have serious physical or the spouse was not the mental illness themselves; (lll) either partner was unable or unwilling to participate in the program.

Combining face-to-face and telephone/WeChat, this intervention program employed approaches of communication education and skill training. The intervention program consists of five sessions, including "Recognizing stress and rebuilding reasonable cognition" (session 1), "Promoting communication and enhancing intimate relationships" (session 2), "Building meaning and clarifying priorities" (session 3), "actively coping and enhancing control" (session 4) and "Improving yourself and facing life optimistically" (session5).
