研究目的：

在清醒状态下，使用点探测任务分析行为与脑电数据，客观地评价多首助眠音乐的助眠效果，分析助眠的脑电生物标志物，从而实现助眠音乐的个性化干预。  

Objectives of Study：

A point-detection task was used to analyze behavioral and EEG data during the waking state, to objectively evaluate the sleep-aiding effects of multiple sleep-aiding music tracks, and to analyze EEG biomarkers of sleep-aiding to personalize the sleep-aiding music intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）失眠症患者和健康睡眠者。 （2）失眠症患者：失眠严重程度指数量表（ISI）＞15分；健康睡眠者：失眠严重程度指数量表（ISI）<7分。 （3）年龄18-28岁。 （4）认知功能良好，日常生活活动无障碍。 （5）没有听力损失，视力正常或矫正至正常。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Insomniacs and healthy sleepers. (2) Insomnia patients: Insomnia Severity Index Scale (ISI) >15 points; healthy sleepers: Insomnia Severity Index Scale (ISI) <7 points. (3) Age 18-28 years old. (4) Good cognitive function and no impairment in activities of daily living. (5) No hearing loss and normal or corrected-to-normal vision.

排除标准：

（1）患者患有严重的心血管、肝、肾或造血系统疾病。 （2）患者失眠是由神经系统疾病（如中风、帕金森病）引起的。 （3）患者失眠由包括抑郁或焦虑在内的精神障碍引起。 （4）有癫痫病史或目前癫痫发作诊断尚未控制。 （5）患者在试验前两周服用了抗抑郁药物或抗精神病药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient has severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases. (2) Insomnia in patients is caused by neurological diseases such as stroke and Parkinson's disease. (3) Patient insomnia is caused by mental disorders including depression or anxiety. (4) Having a history of epilepsy or currently diagnosed with an uncontrollable seizure. (5) The patient took antidepressants or antipsychotics two weeks before the trial.
