研究目的：

探究群体化位置rTMS刺激与个体化位置rTMS刺激对吸烟成瘾被试左侧DLPFC进行干预的效果，以及改进和提升效率的策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of group location rTMS stimulation and individual location rTMS stimulation on the left DLPFC of smoking addicted subjects, and the strategies to improve and enhance the efficiency.

纳入标准：

烟草成瘾者（Tubacco Use Disorder）的纳入标准：吸烟者为过去一年每天吸烟10支及以上者，非吸烟者为吸烟总量少于5支；无MRI扫描禁忌症，无神经精神疾病、头部外伤、癫痫发作等病史，实验期间未服用任何药物；实验开始前，每名被试签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for Tubacco Use Disorder were smokers who had smoked 10 or more cigarettes per day in the past year, and non-smokers who had smoked fewer than 5 cigarettes in total; No contraindications to MRI scan, no history of neuropsychiatric diseases, head trauma, seizures, etc., and no drugs were taken during the experiment. Before the experiment began, each participant signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

被试排除标准：（1）精神疾病或精神病家族史；（2）急性或慢性疾病，包括心脏以及血管疾病，呼吸疾病，内分泌系统疾病等；（3）头部有金属植入，身体有心脏起搏器；（4）耳部带有助听器；（5）常见的传染疾病，包括肝炎，艾滋病，结核病等；（6）癫痫或癫痫病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Subject exclusion criteria: (1) mental illness or family history of mental illness; (2) Acute or chronic diseases, including heart and vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, endocrine system diseases, etc.; (3) A metal implant in the head and a pacemaker in the body; (4) Ears with hearing AIDS; (5) common infectious diseases, including hepatitis, AIDS, tuberculosis, etc.; (6) Epilepsy or history of epilepsy.

依据Cue-Craving task 任务，对比被试在面对吸烟刺激和中性刺激这两个条件上的表现（吸烟刺激—中性刺激），发现在额叶上存在差异的脑区（用mask，只计算额叶区域的差异）。然后提取这一脑区（或多个脑区）的Beta值，与个体报告的香烟渴求做相关。将与自我报告的香烟渴求相关区域的peak 点作为刺激点。（如果没有显著相关，则选择相关值最高的cluster的peak点作为刺激点）

Intervention：

According to the Cue-Craving task, the subjects' performance in the face of two conditions of smoking stimulus and neutral stimulus (smoking stimulus -- neutral stimulus) was compared, and differences were found in the frontal lobe of the brain (using mask, only the differences in the frontal region were calculated). The Beta levels of this brain region (or brain regions) were then extracted and correlated with the individual's reported cigarette cravings. The peak point in the region associated with self-reported cigarette craving was used as the stimulus point. (If there is no significant correlation, the peak point of the cluster with the highest correlation value is selected as the stimulus point)
