研究目的：

通过 1 年的饮食干预，观察TRE与DASH饮食结合对血压正常高值人群血压、血脂和血糖等心血管参数的影响；通过测定代谢物的变化情况以及粪便中微生物群的组成，探讨TRE及DASH饮食可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of combination of TRE and DASH diet on blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose were observed after 1 year of dietary intervention. The possible mechanism of action of TRE and DASH diets was investigated by measuring the changes of metabolites and the composition of fecal microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄为 18-60 岁； 2、血压为 130-139/85-89 mm Hg； 3、BMI≥24kg/m2； 4、平常食物摄入时间大于等于 14h。 5、没有任何胃肠道疾病和禁食问题。 6、如果参与者服用降血糖药物、降压药物、降脂药物和心血管药物，则在 3 个月的干预期间不允许调整剂量。 7、自愿参加并按要求签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1, age 18-60 years old; 2. Blood pressure of 130-139/85-89 mm Hg; 3. BMI≥24kg/m2; 4, the usual food intake time is greater than or equal to 14h. 5. No gastrointestinal diseases or fasting problems. 6, if the participants were taking blood sugar lowering drugs, blood pressure lowering drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and cardiovascular drugs, in No dose adjustment is allowed during the 3-month intervention period. 7. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent as required.

排除标准：

1、肝肾功能异常者； 2、恶性肿瘤等严重疾病患者； 3、胃肠道手术史、进食障碍者； 4、使用影响本研究结果的药物或补充剂者，如抗抑郁药、甲状腺素等； 5、过去 6 个月吸烟者； 6、有酗酒、吸毒史； 7、目前参加其它减重管理项目者； 8、妊娠、计划妊娠、哺乳期或月经不调者； 9、素食主义者； 10、依从性差，不能完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 3, gastrointestinal surgery history, eating disorders; 4, use of drugs or supplements that affect the results of this study, such as antidepressants, thyroxine, etc.; 5. Smokers in the past 6 months; 6. A history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 7, currently participating in other weight loss management projects; 8, pregnancy, planned pregnancy, lactation or menstrual irregularities; 9. Vegetarian; 10, poor compliance, can not complete with the interviewer.
