研究目的：

探究网络游戏成瘾者的执行功能的是否受到损伤，简明正念对执行功能的干预效果及脑功能机制，为执行功能的研究提供更有针对性的干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the executive function of internet gaming disorder is damaged, to summarize the effect of brief mindfulness intervention on executive function and brain function mechanism, and to provide more targeted intervention strategies for the study of executive function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.右利手； 2.视力正常或矫正视力正常； 3.年龄在18-40岁之间； 4.具有正常健康的心理和身体状况（PHQ-9总分＜20分，GAD-7总分＜11分）； 5.无其他成瘾（吸烟、酒精、赌博等）； 6.网络游戏成瘾者：网络游戏成瘾量表（IAT）≥50分，DSM-5分数≥5，游戏史(大于2年)，游戏时间（大于14小时/周） 网络游戏娱乐者：网络游戏成瘾量表（IAT）＜50分，DSM-5分数＜5。

Inclusion criteria

1. Right-handed; 2. Having normal vision or corrected to normal vision; 3. Between 18 and 40 years old; 4. Normal and healthy mental and physical status (PHQ-9 total score < 20, GAD-7 total score < 11); 5.No other addictions (smoking, alcohol, gambling); 6. Internet gaming disorder :Online Game Addiction Scale score ≥ 50 ,DSM-5 score ≥ 5, game history (more than 2 years) and the game time (more than 14hours/week) Internet gaming entertainer:Online Game Addiction Scale< 50, DSM-5 score <5.

排除标准：

1.哮喘患者、癫痫患者、有精神病史者; 2.近3个月有服用类固醇药物者; 3.在过去一年或一生中超过 20 小时练习任何冥想练习或瑜伽、太极或气功，参加冥想或瑜伽静修，以及参加任何冥想课程； 4.不适合做脑电者（如有金属植入物、严重头颅外伤者、接触性皮炎及对硅胶过敏者）； 5.PHQ-9总分≥20分；GAD-7总分≥11分; 6.有其他成瘾（吸烟、酒精、赌博等）; 7.崇尚特定宗教信仰，从而导致无法配合课程需求进行冥想的； 8.当前正在参加类似试验或其他神经生理试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with asthma, contact dermatitis and allergy to silicone gel; 2. Those who have taken steroids in the past 3 months; 3. Practice any meditation practice or yoga, tai chi or qigong for more than 20 hours in the past year or lifetime, attend a meditation or yoga retreat, and attend any meditation course; 4. Not suitable for electroencephalography (such as metal implants and severe cranial injuries); 5. Total score of PHQ-9 ≥ 20; GAD-7 total score ≥ 11; 6. Have other addictions (smoking, alcohol, gambling) 7. Advocating specific religious beliefs, which makes it impossible to meditate according to the needs of the course; 8. Currently participating in similar or other neurophysiological trials.

盲法：

本次试验属于群体治疗，参与者都是在同一学校的学生，所以彼此之间可能是相互认识或者不认识的参与者之间也难免会谈论与自己接受的试验培训相关的内容。而且对研究人员的盲法也是非常具有挑战性的，因为在实验过程中很容易就会受到实验相关内容的渗透。故无法做到临床试验的双盲要求。

Blinding：

This trial is a group therapy, and the participants are all students in the same school, so it is inevitable that participants who know each other or do not know each other will talk about the contents related to the trial training they received. Blinding the researchers is also challenging, because it is easy to get caught up in the experiment. Therefore, the double blind requirements of clinical trials cannot be achieved.
