研究目的：

前期实验结果说明，脓毒症心肌病患者的肠道微生物群构成发生了变化，并与多种代谢途径相关。本研究拟同时采用高通量微生物组学检测技术和代谢组学检测技术，探讨肠道微生物群对脓毒症心肌病患者体内代谢的影响，为疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The results of previous experiments indicate that the intestinal microbiota composition of patients with sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy is changed, which is related to multiple metabolic pathways. In this study, high-throughput microbiome detection technology and metabolomics detection technology were simultaneously used to investigate the effects of intestinal microbiota on metabolism in patients with sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy, providing new ideas for disease prevention and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 岁； ②符合 Sepsis-3、脓毒症心肌病诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② It meets the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis-3 and sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy.

排除标准：

①妊娠；②既往有慢性心功能不全病史；③严重的心律失常可能影响超声测量结果；④有中度至重度二尖瓣和/或主动脉瓣疾病；⑤既往有慢性肠道病史，如克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等；⑥接受结肠造口术或回肠造口术的患者；⑦入组前诊断脓毒症超过 24 小时；⑧入组前预估生存时间小于24小时；⑨72小时内未进行超声心动图检查或超声心动图图像不清楚。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnancy; ② History of chronic cardiac insufficiency; ③ Severe arrhythmia may affect the results of ultrasonic measurement; ④Moderate to severe mitral and/or aortic valve disease; ⑤History of chronic intestinal disease, such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.; ⑥ Patients undergoing colostomy or ileostomy; ⑦ Sepsis was diagnosed more than 24 hours before enrollment; ⑧ The estimated survival time before enrollment is less than 24 hours; ⑨ No echocardiogram was performed within 72 hours or the echocardiogram images were not clear.
