研究目的：

1. 评估颊针改善无痛胃镜检查中呃逆症状的有效性和安全性 2. 制定颊针治疗无痛胃镜检查中呃逆症状的临床操作规范  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the effectiveness and safety of cheek acupuncture in improving hiccup symptoms during painless gastroscopy. 2. Develop clinical operating procedures for using cheek acupuncture to treat hiccup symptoms during painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

颊针治疗组治疗方法 ①取肩胛带穴、颈穴、上颈穴、背穴，穴位定位参照《颊针疗法》（王永洲.北京，人民卫生出版社， 2017）及王永洲教授的临床经验。在患者单侧面部定位后，使用安尔碘消毒穴区皮肤，使用 0.18mm× 30mm 针刺针进针。 ②操作方法：患者保持胃镜左侧卧位或右侧卧位状态，在暴露的单侧面部为治疗部位，针刺后留针至胃镜检查结束，期间可提插、捻转针身松解周围皮下组织。 对照组：不做任何处理，正常胃镜检查。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

cheek-acupuncture treatment group treatment method ① Take the "jianjiadai"acupoint, "jing" acupoint, "shangjing" acupoint, "bei" acupoint, acupoint positioning refer to "cheek needle therapy" (Wang Yongzhou. Beijing, People's Medical Publishing House, 2017) and the clinical experience of Professor Wang Yongzhou. After unilateral facial positioning of the patient, the skin of the acupoint area was disinfected with Aner iodine, and 0.18mm× 30mm cheek needle was used for acupuncture. ② Operation method: The patient remained in the left or right lying position of the gastroscope, and the exposed unilateral face was the treatment site. After acupuncture, the needle was left until the end of the gastroscopy, during which the needle body could be lifted and twisted to release the surrounding subcutaneous tissue. Control group: No treatment, normal gastroscopy 

纳入标准：

1. 在本中心行无痛胃镜检查、年龄 18~75 周岁； 2. 在麻醉至无体动状态下出现呃逆症状； 3. 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18-75 years who underwent painless gastroscopy in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine; 2. Hiccup symptoms occurred during anesthesia-induced immobility; 3. Willingness to participate voluntarily in this study and signing informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有无痛胃镜检查的禁忌症（严重冠心病以及心肌损伤伴严重心功能不全者；食道狭窄或贲门部梗阻；主动脉瘤；出血性休克；急性咽炎及扁桃体炎；肺炎或其 他感染伴有高热；哮喘性呼吸困难；重度肺功能障碍；体质极度衰弱、孕妇；患者不予合作或精神不正常者）； 2. 对本研究所涉及药物过敏（药物丙泊酚）； 3. 急性胃肠道出血 4. 拒绝参加本项研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications for painless gastroscopy (severe coronary heart disease, myocardial injury with severe cardiac insufficiency; esophageal stenosis or cardiac obstruction; aortic aneurysm; hemorrhagic shock; acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis; pneumonia or other infections with high fever; asthma with dyspnea; severe pulmonary dysfunction; extremely weak constitution, pregnant women, patients who do not cooperate or have mental abnormalities). 2. Allergy to the study drug (propofol). 3. Acute gastrointestinal bleeding. 4. Refusal to participate in this study.
