建立针对90岁以上超高龄患者下肢手术后肺部并发症的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to development of a predictive model for pulmonary complications after lower limb surgery in ultra-elderly patients over 90 years of age

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥90岁；； 2. 通过病史、查体、检查结果明确诊断为下肢病变，需手术治疗的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 90 years; 2. Patients who are clearly diagnosed with lower limb lesions requiring surgical treatment through history, physical examination, and test results;

排除标准：

1. 行非下肢手术患者；； 2. 数据记录不完整＞20%；； 3. 术前合并肺部感染者、呼吸衰竭；； 4. 术中死亡患者；；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing non-lower limb surgery; 2. Incomplete data recording >20%; 3. Patients with preoperative co-infection of the lungs and respiratory failure; 4. Patients who died intraoperatively;
