研究目的：

构建适用于MCI老年人，能够改善其认知功能，引发意象联想的音乐集，将其作为音乐成像干预方案中的音乐来源； 探究音乐成像对养老机构MCI老年人认知功能、精神行为症状、睡眠质量及生活质量的干预效果，以期制定适合MCI老年人的干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a music set suitable for the elderly with MCI, which can improve their cognitive function and trigger image association, and use it as the music source in the music imaging intervention program; To explore the intervention effect of music imaging on cognitive function, behavioral and psychological symptoms, sleep quality and quality of life of the elderly with MCI in nursing home institutions, in order to develop an intervention program suitable for the elderly with MCI.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为≥60岁； 2.符合Petersen MCI诊断标准； 3.知情同意，自愿参加；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥60 years old; 2. It meets Petersen MCI diagnostic criteria; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation;

排除标准：

1. 有抑郁症、焦虑症等其他精神疾病者； 2. 患有重大躯体疾病导致无法参与者； 3. 有严重的视听功能障碍，无法进行沟通； 4. 正在服用影响认知、情绪或睡眠的药物； 5. 同时参与其他提高认知功能、改善症状的研究项目者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses; 2. Have a major physical illness that prevents participants from participating; 3. Have severe audio-visual dysfunction, inability to communicate; 4. Taking medications that affect cognition, mood, or sleep; 5. Also participate in other research projects that improve cognitive function and improve symptoms;
