研究目的：

通过两种不同升温模式对胸交感神经射频术术中疼痛的比较，以选择合适的升温模式，减轻患者术中疼痛。同时，通过这个研究，我们希望能够为胸交感神经射频消融术的临床治疗提供更加准确和可靠的指导，并为疼痛管理和护理提供更有效的方法和策略。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing two different heating modes during thoracic sympathetic nerve radiofrequency surgery, the aim is to select the appropriate heating mode to alleviate intraoperative pain for patients. Additionally, through this study, we hope to provide more accurate and reliable guidance for the clinical treatment of thoracic sympathetic nerve radiofrequency ablation, and to offer more effective methods and strategies for pain management and care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）不明原因的手部可见出汗持续6个月以上，至少有以下2个特征： 1、25岁之前开始过度出汗； 2、手部对称发生； 3、一周发生一次以上； 4、显著影响患者的生活质量； 5、有不明原因出汗的家族史； 6、无盗汗。 （2）参与者年龄需年满18周岁且小于60周岁者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Unexplained visible hand sweating for over 6 months with at least two of the following characteristics: Excessive sweating starting before the age of 25; Symmetrical occurrence in hands; Occurs more than once a week; Significantly affects the patient's quality of life; Family history of unexplained sweating; No night sweats. (2) Participants must be at least 18 years old and under 60 years old.

排除标准：

1、由于甲亢等原因导致的继发性手汗症患者； 2、存在手术禁忌患者； 3、手汗症 HDSS 分级≤Ⅱ级； 4、拒绝参与研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary palmar hyperhidrosis due to reasons such as hyperthyroidism; 2. Patients with contraindications for surgery; 3. Palmar hyperhidrosis with HDSS (Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale) grading ≤ II; 4. Individuals who refuse to participate in the study.
