1.证明n-3多不饱和脂肪酸缺乏是糖尿病发展及其并发症发生发展的膳食危险因素 2.证明机体n-3多不饱和脂肪酸缺乏程度影响糖尿病发展及其并发症的发生发展  

Objectives of Study：

1. To prove that n-3 PUFAs deficiency is a dietary risk factor for the development of diabetes mellitus and its complications 2. To prove that the deficiency of n-3 PUFAs affects the development of diabetes mellitus and its complications

纳入标准：

1.确诊为2型糖尿病 2.年龄20~69岁 3.有自主行为能力，能正常交流，意识清晰 4.自愿参加本项目并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus 2. Ages 20-69 3. Have the ability of independent behavior, can communicate normally, and have a clear consciousness 4. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1. 不能保证随访者 2. 患有精神疾病或听力障碍，无法配合调查者

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is no guarantee of an interviewer 2. Mental illness or hearing impairment, unable to cooperate with investigators
