研究目的：

1.观察评估该术式的可行性和安全性。 2.初步观察评估短期治疗效果和微创效果。

1. Observe and evaluate the feasibility and safety of the operation. 2. Preliminary observation and evaluation of short-term treatment effect and minimally invasive effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.原发性直肠癌（病理）。 2.需行Ta-tme手术并伴有吻合口漏高风险（男性、糖尿病、术前放化疗、肿瘤距肛门小于等于5cm）。 3.≥18岁，≤85岁，男女不限。 4.ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group)≤1分 5.ASA(American Society of Anesthesiology)分级≤3级 6.受试者自愿参加本临床研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary rectal cancer (pathology). 2. Ta tme operation is required with high risk of anastomotic leakage (male, diabetes, preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the tumor is less than or equal to 5cm from the anus). 3. ≥ 18 years old, ≤ 85 years old, regardless of gender. 4. ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) ≤ 1 point 5. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) classification ≤ Level 3 6. Participants voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往接受过直肠手术。 2.家族性大肠息肉病，遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌，活动性克罗恩病或活动性溃疡性结肠炎。 3.六月内有心脑血管疾病，不稳定性心绞痛，急性心肌梗死。 4.一月内持续使用糖皮质激素。 5.妊娠或计划妊娠妇女和哺乳期的女性。 6.严重的精神障碍。 7.严重并发症不能耐受手术或者需要急诊手术。 8.术中发现直肠多发肿瘤，或者远处转移，或者不能R0切除，或者未行TATME。 9.患者拒绝接受该手术方式者。 10.患者家属拒绝接受该手术方式者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previously underwent rectal surgery. 2. Familial colorectal polyposis, hereditary non polypic colorectal cancer, active Crohn's disease or active ulcerative colitis. 3. Within June, there were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unstable angina, and acute myocardial infarction. 4. Continuously use glucocorticoids within one month. 5. Pregnant or planned pregnant women and lactating women. 6. Severe mental disorders. 7. Severe complications that cannot tolerate surgery or require emergency surgery. During surgery, multiple rectal tumors were found, or distant metastases were found, or R0 resection was not possible, or TATME was not performed. 9. Patients who refuse to undergo this surgical procedure. 10. Patients whose family members refuse to accept this surgical method.
