研究目的：

本项目旨在利用高通量组学数据和结直肠癌队列临床数据，系统分析结直肠癌肿瘤免疫的组学特征，并将其用于结直肠癌患者的无监督聚类，以识别结直肠癌免疫分子亚型。本研究旨在克服现有模型的局限性，为结直肠癌提供更稳健的预后预测和免疫治疗反应预测提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to systematically analyze the omics profile of colorectal cancer tumor immunity and use it for unsupervised clustering in colorectal cancer patients to identify colorectal cancer subtypes, using high-throughput omics data and clinical data from the colorectal cancer cohort. This study aims at overcoming the limitations of existing models and providing more robust prognosis prediction and immunotherapy response prediction for colorectal cancer.

纳入标准:1)病理诊断为结直肠癌;2)有测序数据和肿瘤标本;3)有完整的随访信息;4) 2007年12月至2018年1月在中山大学附属第六医院入院的患者

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) pathologically diagnosis as colorectal cancer; 2) sequencing data and tumor specimens available; 3) follow-up information available; 4) patients who were admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University between December 2007 and January 2018

The sequencing data of the in-house cohort in this study has been deposited in the OMIX, China National Center for Bioinformation / Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/omix/release/OMIX004966). The data of this study is available on request to the leading scientist Prof. Feng Gao with a signed data access agreement. The deidentified patient-level clinical data will be provided upon reasonable request. The prerequisite for genomics data sharing involves data transfer permission approved by the institutional and governmental legal departments of both sides and ethics clearance by ethics committees of both sides.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
