研究目的：

当前关于意识障碍儿童在静息状态下连接组学的研究较少，这些变化的研究可能有助于意识障碍儿童临床意识水平的评估。因此，本研究的目的是利用E连接组学变化探究其与意识障碍儿童意识水平的相关性，旨在为临床意识障碍儿童意识水平评估和预后提供一种重要手段。  

Objectives of Study：

There is currently limited research on the connectomics of children with consciousness disorders in their resting state, and these changes may contribute to the evaluation of clinical awareness levels in children with consciousness disorders. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between E-linked omics changes and the level of consciousness in children with consciousness disorders, aiming to provide an important means for evaluating and predicting the level of consciousness in clinical children with consciousness disorders.

纳入标准：

研究对象为在我院接受促醒治疗的pDOC儿童。入组标准：①符合pDOC诊断标准；②年龄在3-8岁之间；③在pDOC发病前未患有神经系统疾病，如脑瘫、癫痫、智力低下等先天性或遗传性疾病；④在进行相关检查前未患有感染性疾病；⑤监护人同意参与本研究。将纳入本研究的pDOC儿童依据相应的诊断标准分为植物状态/无反应觉醒综合征（VS/UWS）、微意识状态＋组（MCS＋）、微意识状态－组（MCS－）。所有pDOC儿童在MRI数据采集前都要接受标准的CRS-R评分。 健康儿童组（HC） 的入组标准（仅采集 EEG 和 fNIRS）：①年龄在 3-8 岁；②无影响意识状态的神经系统疾病；③监护人同意本研究。HC 的 MRI 数据来源自加拿大卡尔加里学龄前数据库：https://osf.io/axz5r/。 研究计划已经获得郑州大学第三附属医院伦理委员会批准同意。在进行检查之前，所有受试者的监护人被充分告知实验目的、方法、风险及可能受益，研究者详细解答他们的疑问。随后，他们签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The research subjects were pDOC children who received wake-up promoting therapy in our hospital. Inclusion criteria: ① Meets the pDOC diagnostic criteria; ② Between the ages of 3 and 8; ③ Prior to the onset of pDOC, there were no congenital or hereditary neurological diseases such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and intellectual disability; ④ No infectious diseases before relevant examination; ⑤ The guardian agrees to participate in this study. The pDOC children included in this study will be classified according to the corresponding diagnostic criteria into vegetative state/unresponsive awakening syndrome (VS/UWS), micro conscious state+group (MCS+), and micro conscious state - group (MCS -). All pDOC children are required to receive standard CRS-R scores before MRI data collection. The data for healthy children comes from the Calgary Preschool Database in Canada: https://osf.io/axz5r/ . Or for pDOC children and healthy children who voluntarily participated in this study. The research plan has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Before conducting the examination, the guardians of all subjects were fully informed of the experimental purpose, methods, risks, and potential benefits, and the researchers provided detailed answers to their questions. Subsequently, they signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①采集数据时不配合数据导致数据不完整者；②所采集的数据不符合分析条件；③家属要求退出本研究；④研究人员认为需要退出实验的。

Exclusion criteria：

① Failure to cooperate with data collection, resulting in incomplete data; ② The collected data does not meet the analysis criteria; ③ Family members request to withdraw from this study; ④ Researchers believe that it is necessary to withdraw from the experiment.
