研究目的：

本研究总体目标旨在围绕前庭神经网络功能连接模式改变，采用基于感兴趣区的功能连接的分析法，阐明八段锦训练降低KOA患者跌倒风险的潜在作用机制。为八段锦干预KOA跌倒提供科学依据，为传统运动疗法的推广应用提供新证据，切合中医慢性病管理“防－控－管－治”四位一体新模式的理念。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal of this study is to elucidate the potential mechanism of Baduanjin training in reducing the risk of falls in KOA patients using a functional connectivity analysis method based on regions of interest focusing on changes in the functional connectivity patterns of vestibular neural networks Provide scientific basis for the intervention of Baduanjin in KOA falls provide new evidence for the promotion and application of traditional exercise therapy and align with the concept of the prevention control management treatment four in one new model of traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management

纳入标准：

符合中华医学会骨科学分会推荐骨关节炎诊治指南（2018年版）KOA诊断标准;年龄在40-70岁;双侧或单侧膝关节疼痛，疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale，VAS)≤2分，不影响膝关节屈伸;6个月内X线检查示Kellgren-Lawrence分级为级I或Ⅱ级;自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Conforming to the KOA diagnostic criteria recommended by the Chinese Medical Association Orthopedics Branch for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis 2018 version;Aged between 40 and 70 years old;Bilateral or unilateral knee joint pain, pain visual analog scale (VAS) ≤ 2 points, does not affect knee joint flexion and extension;X-ray examination within 6 months showed that Kellgren Lawrence was classified as Grade I or II;Voluntary signing of informed consent form

排除标准：

有膝关节手术史或正在等待膝关节手术（膝关节置换或膝关节镜手术）者; 其他疾病引起的视力障碍、听力障碍或者平衡障碍者;有严重的急慢性器质性或精神神经类疾病者，如癫痫、重度焦虑/抑郁状态等;近 3 个月内参加其他临床研究者; 有MRI禁忌症者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with a history of knee surgery or waiting for knee surgery knee replacement or knee arthroscopic surgery;Individuals with visual, hearing, or balance impairments caused by other diseases;Individuals with severe acute, chronic organic or psychiatric disorders, such as epilepsy, severe anxiety/depression, etc;Participants in other clinical studies within the past 3 months;Individuals with contraindications to MRI
