研究目的：

探讨营养膳食与基因、代谢相互作用对动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发展及其预后的影响，为动脉粥样硬化性疾病的膳食营养防治提供干预措施和干预靶点  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of the interaction between nutritional diet, genes and metabolism on the development and prognosis of atherosclerotic diseases, and to provide interventions and intervention targets for the prevention and treatment of dietary nutrition in atherosclerotic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 冠脉造影或冠脉CTA诊断为冠心病； 3. 广东省佛山市常住居民； 4. 获得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Equal to or larger than 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of CHD by coronary angiography or coronary CTA; 3. Permanent resident of Foshan City, Guangdong Province; 4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.诊断有癌症、精神疾病、肝或肾功能衰竭及肢体残疾不能正常行走者； 2.意识、语言表达能力障碍； 3.怀孕及哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those diagnosed with cancer, mental illness, liver or kidney failure and physical disability who cannot walk normally; 2. Impairment of consciousness and language expression ability; 3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集使用病例报告表（CRF表），与签署的知情同意书原件一同保存。将所有纸质资料录入Excel电子数据库，并用移动硬盘备份。数据的录入、复核需要双人核对并签名，保证数据的真实、可靠。研究者保存所有研究资料至本研究结束后5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data is collected using the Case Report Form (CRF) and saved together with the original signed informed consent form. Enter all paper materials into an Excel electronic database and backup them with a portable hard drive. The entry and review of data require two people to verify and sign to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the data. The researcher shall keep all research data for 5 years after the end of this study.
