研究目的：

新型冠状病毒疫苗接种和感染对女性的生殖健康、胚胎发育和妊娠造成潜在危害，但尚不清楚，本研究旨在探究其对于PGT助孕人群胚胎遗传学状态及妊娠结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

It is stillunclear whether the vaccination and infection of SARS-CoV-2 may cause potential harms to the reproductive health of women along with embryo development and pregnancy. This study aims to explore the impact of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and infection with embryonic genetic status and pregnancy outcomes among PGT couple.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟选取2023年1月至2024年1月于我院进行PGT助孕治疗的患者作为研究对象，所有研究对象都被邀请填写在线问卷，其中包括对既往是否感染新冠病毒、接种疫苗类型、制造商名称等问题的询问。新冠病毒疫苗接种信息可以通过（山东电子健康通行卡﹣疫苗接种查询；国家政务服务平台﹣新冠病毒疫苗接种信息查询）查询。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who plans to receive PGT treatment in our center from January 2023 to January 2024 will be included. All these patients are invited to fill in the online questionnaire, including questions about whether they have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the past, the type of vaccination, the name of the manufacturer, and so on. The vaccination information of SARS-CoV-2 can be queried through (Shandong Electronic Health Pass - Vaccination Query; National Government Affairs Service Platform - SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination Information Query).

排除标准：

患者的排除标准包括提供无效的新冠肺炎感染及疫苗接种信息；接受捐赠的精子或卵母细胞；受精治疗前未取到卵或取消周期；失访等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria include providing invalid information about SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination; Using donated sperm or oocytes; No oocyte recovery or cycle cancellation before fertilization treatment; Losing follow-up and other situations.
