To understand the impact of maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy on maternal and fetal outcomes, to understand the epidemiological characteristics of maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy, and to explore the causes of maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy

纳入标准：

在我院及我院医联体单位进行规律产前检查并建立孕产期保健手册，计划住院分娩的孕妇。 年龄≥18岁； 能够配合调查，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women who are planning to give birth in the hospital are scheduled to have regular prenatal examinations and establish a pregnancy and childbirth health care manual in our hospital and the medical alliance units of our hospital. Age≥ 18 years old; Able to cooperate with the investigation and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

孕前患有严重的慢性疾病 患有严重的精神疾患

Exclusion criteria：

Severe chronic illness before pregnancy Suffering from a serious mental disorder
