研究目的：

探讨生物标记物和大肠癌进展、死亡发生风险之间的关联，以及阳性生物标记物之间在大肠癌发生进展、死亡中的交互及联合作用。通过巢式病例对照研究对其进行初步验证，为临床诊断、治疗、评估提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the association between biomarkers and the risk of colorectal cancer progression and death occurrence, as well as the interaction and combination between positive biomarkers in colorectal cancer progression and death. Preliminary validation is provided by a nested case-control study to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合以上诊断标准，确诊为大肠癌患者； （2）Karnofsky评分＞60分； （3）年龄≥18 岁,性别不限； （4）患者知情同意，愿意接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer; (2) Karnofsky score >60; (3) Age ≥18 years old, gender is not limited; (4) Informed consent and willingness to receive follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）数据严重缺失； （2）合并有严重不良反应（如严重出血，严重感染）； （3）合并癌； （4）非大肠癌相关死亡原因。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Seriously missing data; (2) Combination of serious adverse reactions (e.g., serious bleeding, serious infection); (3) Combined cancer; (4) Non-colorectal cancer-related causes of death.
