研究目的：

本研究探讨中国地区孕妇分娩时的血清RSV抗体水平和三个月以下婴儿血清RSV抗体水平，与婴幼儿RSV感染的发生、严重程度和时间之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigated the relationship between serum RSV antibody levels in pregnant women at delivery and in infants under three months of age and the occurrence, severity and duration of RSV infection in infants and young children in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

孕妇组：我们将随访婴儿至生后6月，获得相应临床信息。我们对孕妇分娩血清样本进行抗体中和实验检测RSV A、RSV B中和抗体水平，结合临床资料分析，探究孕妇分娩血清RSV抗体水平与婴儿生命早期RSV感染的相关性。 婴儿组：我们对婴儿RSV感染的发生进行分组：根据RSV抗原检测或核酸检测阳性定义为患儿RSV感染组，其余为非RSV感染组；我们对婴儿RSV疾病严重程度进行分组：根据相应临床信息进行婴儿RSV感染严重程度评价分级。目前婴儿RSV感染严重程度评价并不统一，本研究以下三个不同的评分进行严重度评价：（1）评价一：毛细支气管炎严重程度评分；（2）评价二：wang’s评分系统；（3）评价三：急性细支气管炎严重程度量表(ABSS)。完整见附件1。我们对患儿血清样本进行抗体中和实验室检测RSV A、RSV B中和抗体水平、进行ELISA实验检测RSV Pre F IgG抗体水平，结合临床资料分析，探讨抗体水平与婴儿生命早期RSV感染的相关性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Pregnant women group: We will follow the infants up to 6 months after birth to obtain relevant clinical information. We performed antibody neutralisation testing on serum samples from pregnant women at delivery to determine the levels of RSV-A and RSV-B neutralising antibodies and, combined with clinical data analysis, investigated the correlation between RSV serum antibody levels of pregnant women at delivery and RSV infection in early infant life. Infants group: We grouped the incidence of RSV infection in infants: RSV infection group was defined according to positive RSV antigen or nucleic acid detection, and the rest were non-RSV infection group. We grouped the severity of RSV disease in infants: The severity of RSV infection in infants was assessed and graded according to the relevant clinical information. At present, the grading of the severity of RSV infection in infants is not uniform. In this study, the following three different scores were used to assess severity: (1) Scoring 1: Bronchiolitis Severity Score; (2) Scoring 2: Wang's Scoring System; (3) Scoring 3: Acute Bronchiolitis Severity Scale (ABSS). See Appendix 1 for complete information. We performed antibody neutralisation on the children's serum samples to determine the levels of RSV-A and RSV-B neutralising antibodies in the laboratory, and performed ELISA to determine the levels of RSV Pre-F IgG antibodies. Combined with clinical data analysis, we investigated the correlation between antibody levels and RSV infection in early infancy. 

纳入标准：

无孕妇纳入标准。 婴儿纳入标准：既往无RSV感染史；符合肺炎或毛细支气管炎诊断（毛细支气管炎诊断标准参照毛细支气管炎诊断、治疗与预防专家共识(2014年版) 、肺炎诊断标准参照儿童社区获得性肺炎诊疗规范）；进行RSV抗原或核酸检测者。

Inclusion criteria

No inclusion criteria for pregnant women . Infants inclusion criteria: No previous history of RSV infection; Conforming to the diagnosis of pneumonia or bronchiolitis (the diagnostic criteria for bronchiolitis refer to the consensus of experts in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of bronchiolitis (2014 version), and the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia refer to the diagnostic and treatment standards for children's community acquired pneumonia); Those who undergo RSV antigen or nucleic acid testing.

排除标准：
