研究目的：

评价“基于昼夜节律的母亲心音干预法”对NICU住院早产儿睡眠的影响；进一步比较“基于昼夜节律的母亲心音”与“恒定的母亲心音”两种干预方式对NICU住院早产儿睡眠的作用效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of "maternal heart sound intervention based on circadian rhythm" on sleep of premature infants hospitalized in NICU; To further compare the effects of two intervention methods, "maternal heart sound based on circadian rhythm" and "constant maternal heart sound", on sleep of premature infants hospitalized in NICU.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入住NICU的早产儿（32周≤出生胎龄<37周）；且为适于胎龄儿

Inclusion criteria

Suitable for appropriate for gestational age premature infants admitted to NICU (32 weeks ≤ birth gestational age<37 weeks)

排除标准：

a)听力筛查不通过者； b)患颅脑疾病、III度及以上颅内出血者、有中枢神经系统疾病者； c)遗传代谢性疾病、先天性畸形、研究期间接受外科手术者； d)研究期间使用镇静剂、机械通气者； e)发生病情恶化、放弃治疗或死亡者; f )患儿母亲有严重心脏疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Those who fail the hearing screening; b) Patients with craniocerebral diseases, intracranial hemorrhage of grade III or above, and central nervous system diseases; c) Genetic metabolic disease, congenital malformation, and surgical operation during the study period; d) Those who used sedatives and mechanical ventilation during the study period; e) Those who suffer from deterioration, abandonment of treatment, or death; f) The mother of the child has serious heart disease.
