研究目的：

目的是应用床旁超声比较足月待产孕妇与非妊娠患者胃排空速度，评估反流误吸风险并指导麻醉管理。验证床旁超声是否可以作为指导个性化处理反流误吸的有效方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the gastric emptying rate between term pregnant women and non-pregnant patients by bedside ultrasound, to assess the risk of reflux and aspiration, and to guide the management of anesthesia. To verify whether bedside ultrasound can be used as an effective method to guide individualized management of reflux and aspiration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟自然分娩的孕产妇；拟行妇科手术的非妊娠患者；年龄≥18岁；ASA: I~ II级；体重50～120kg；身高≥150cm；孕产妇孕周≥37周

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women scheduled for spontaneous delivery, non-pregnant patients scheduled for gynecological surgery, aged ≥18 years, ASA class I-II, weighing 50-120 kg, height ≥150cm, maternal gestational age ≥37 weeks.

排除标准：

1、消化道术后、上消化道解剖异常、贲门氏迟缓综合征 2、胃食管返流、幽门梗阻、消化道溃疡、胃底食道静脉曲张、肝硬化 3、多胎、妊高症、ICP、妊娠合并糖尿病、妊娠合并胰腺炎

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with gastrointestinal surgery, anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract, and bradycardias syndrome 2. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux, pyloric obstruction, gastrointestinal ulcer, gastric fundoesophageal varices, and liver cirrhosis 3, Multiple pregnancy, pregnancy-induced hypertension, ICP, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, pregnancy complicated with pancreatitis
