研究目的: |
重复经颅磁刺激技术(rTMS)作为一种无痛、无创伤的绿色神经调控方法,可以通过磁场无创伤地透过皮肤、颅骨刺激到大脑神经,使之产生感应电流,影响脑内代谢和神经电活动的刺激,将其应用于认知重评的关键脑区,便可激活其关键脑区活跃,从而提高个体认知重评能力。将rTMS与功能性脑成像技术相结合,可以检测神经兴奋性的局部变化如何影响整个脑网络的活动,从而可以用来揭示rTMS干预与大脑区域之间的因果关系,然而少有人尝试使用这种方式探明高级认知过程的皮层活动。并且虽然在健康人中具有急性效应,并且这种效应可以持续1小时以上,但rTMS干预往往仅用于重度抑郁症等精神疾病的治疗,对压力状态下的健康人缺乏关注。 因此,本研究拟采用操作简便、时间分辨率和空间分辨率较高,对身体运动具有较高宽容度的功能性近红外光谱成像技术(fNIRS)以及神经调控技术rTMS进行联合研究,试图揭示大学生压力调节的脑机制,tTMS对情绪调节策略的干预效果与脑机制,加深对压力神经过程机制的认识,并探索大学生合适的压力干预策略,促进有关大学生脑发展研究,为教育神经科学提供理论依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), as a painless and non-invasive green nerve regulation method, can stimulate the brain nerves through the skin and skull without trauma through the magnetic field, so as to generate induction current, which affects the stimulation of brain metabolism and nerve electrical activity. If RTMS is applied to the key brain regions of cognitive reassessment, the key brain regions can be activated. So as to improve individual cognitive reappraisal ability. Combining rTMS with functional brain imaging techniques, which can detect how local changes in neural excitability affect the activity of entire brain networks, can be used to reveal causal relationships between rTMS intervention and brain regions, but few attempts have been made to use this approach to identify cortical activity for higher cognitive processes. And although there is an acute effect in healthy people, and this effect can last for more than 1 hour, rTMS interventions are often used only for the treatment of psychiatric disorders such as major depression, with little attention paid to healthy people in stressful states. Therefore, this study intends to use functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), which is easy to operate, with high temporal and spatial resolution, and has a high tolerance for body movement, and neuroregulatory technology rTMS to conduct a joint study, trying to reveal the brain mechanism of college students' stress regulation, and the intervention effect and brain mechanism of tTMS on emotion regulation strategies. To deepen the understanding of the mechanism of stress neural process, and explore the appropriate stress intervention strategies for college students, promote the research on college students' brain development, and provide theoretical basis for educational neuroscience. |

Inclusion criteria |
1.18 years < age ≤28 years 2. Right-handed, normal intelligence test; Normal vision or normal correction 3. After further evaluation of depression and anxiety (HAD) and Stress Perception Scale (CPSS-14) questionnaire, no other mental disorders and no drugs were taken 4. No TMS intervention has been performed 5. Sign the informed consent form |

排除标准: |
1.严重失语或认知功能障碍或精神疾患等原因导致无法理解研究者指令,无法配合研究的受试者; 2.临床智力评估异常; 3.有癫痫病史受试者; 4.择期行颈内动脉剥脱术,取栓、溶栓等受试者; 5.失用症患者; 6.失认症患者; 7.伴有严重心肺疾病、病情较重、生命体征不平稳等增加受试者风险的相关疾病; 8. 长期服用抗精神病药物、神经类药物或肾上腺皮质激素类药物; 9.正在参与其他干预性研究。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Subjects who are unable to understand the researcher's instructions and cooperate with the study due to severe aphasia or cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 2. Abnormal clinical intelligence assessment; 3. Subjects with a history of epilepsy; 4. Selected internal carotid artery dissection, thrombolysis, thrombolysis and other subjects; 5. Patients with apraxia; 6. Patients with agnosia; 7. Associated with serious cardiopulmonary disease, serious illness, and unstable vital signs that increase the risk of the subject; 8. Long-term use of antipsychotics, neurodrugs or adrenal corticosteroids; 9. Participating in other interventional studies. |
