研究目的：

触发点针刺联合超声引导下颈神经后支阻滞，与单纯颈神经后支阻滞相比较，是否可以更有效长久缓解患者疼痛，减轻颈椎功能障碍，改善颈椎活动度，从而更好的改善患者睡眠及生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Can trigger point acupuncture combined with ultrasound-guided cervical nerve posterior branch block, compared with simple cervical nerve posterior branch block, be more effective in alleviating pain, alleviating cervical dysfunction, improving cervical mobility, and thus better improving patients' sleep and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中华外科杂志》编辑部组织专家对颈型颈椎病的诊断标准； 2.病程>=3个月； 3.NRS评分＞3分； 4.单纯口服药物治疗疗效不满意； 5.年龄18—70岁，体重指数（BMI）在18.5～28kg/m2之间； 6.同意参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis organized by experts from the editorial department of the Chinese Journal of Surgery; 2. Disease duration>=3 months; 3. NRS score>3 points; 4. The therapeutic effect of oral medication alone is unsatisfactory; 5. Age range from 18 to 70 years old, with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 28kg/m2; 6. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.除外颈部其他疾患如合并颈椎肿瘤、骨髓炎者及其他疾病者； 2.糖尿病血糖以及高血压未控制良好者； 3.治疗部位有严重皮肤损伤或皮肤感染者； 4.患有严重的血液系统疾病或者出凝血异常； 5.月经期、妊娠或哺乳期女性； 6.晕针或对本研究使用的治疗药物过敏者。 7.拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excluding other neck diseases such as those with cervical tumors, osteomyelitis, and other diseases; 2. The blood sugar and hypertension of diabetes are not well controlled; 3. Patients with severe skin damage or skin infection in the treated area; 4. Suffering from serious blood system diseases or coagulation abnormalities; 5. Women during menstruation, pregnancy, or lactation; 6. Patients with dizziness or allergic reactions to the therapeutic drugs used in this study. 7. Refuse to participate in this study.
