研究目的：

明确脑损伤患者并发症、合并症、功能预后等的相关因素，明确脑损伤患者并发症、合并症的流行病学特点。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the related factors of complications, comorbidities and functional prognosis in patients with brain injury, and to clarify the epidemiological characteristics of complications and comorbidities in patients with brain injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华神经科学会标准中脑损伤相关疾病的诊断标准； 2.经影像学检查证实存在脑卒中、脑外伤、缺血缺氧性脑病等器质性损害。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conforming to the criteria of brain injury-related diseases in the standard of the Chinese Neurological Association; 2. It was confirmed by imaging examination that there were organic lesions such as stroke, brain trauma , and ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy.

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁； 2.伴有严重心、肺等重要脏器疾病患者； 3.临床资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Patients with serious heart, lung, and other important organ diseases; 3. Incomplete clinical data.
