研究目的：

本研究旨在根据冠状动脉多支病变患者运动自我效能动态变化趋势，基于文献回顾及专家德尔菲研究法构建动态干预方案，实现精准护理，提高患者运动自我效能水平，为临床医护人员提升冠状动脉多支病变患者运动依从性提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to construct a dynamic intervention program based on the dynamic change trend of exercise self-efficacy in patients with coronary artery multibranch lesions, based on the literature review and the expert Delphi study method, to realize precise nursing care, to improve the level of exercise self-efficacy of the patients, and to provide a new way of thinking for clinical health care personnel to improve the exercise compliance of patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠状动脉多支病变者 年龄18~80岁 首次康复训练过去8h内没有新的或再发胸痛、新的明显的心律失常或心电图动态改变，肌钙蛋白水平无进一步升高者； 静息心率 50~100次/min，静息血压 90~150/60~100mmHg，血氧饱和度＞95%者 神志清楚，沟通交流无障碍，具有基本读写能力者 肢体活动无障碍者 心功能分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者 会使用智能手机者 取得知情同意并自愿参与研究者

Inclusion criteria

Those with multiple coronary artery lesions confirmed by coronary angiography Aged 18-80 years old No new or recurrent chest pain, new significant arrhythmia or dynamic changes in ECG within the past 8h of the first rehab training, and no further elevation of troponin level; Resting heart rate of 50-100 beats/min, resting blood pressure of 90~150/60~100mmHg, and oxygen saturation of >95% Clear mind, no communication barriers, basic reading and writing skills Persons with no impairment of physical mobility Cardiac function class Ⅰor Ⅱ people Smartphone users Those who obtained informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study

排除标准：

伴有其他系统严重疾病者或认知、精神障碍者 严重心律失常者（室性心动过速、频发室早、严重的缓慢性心律失常等） 合并其他影响运动功能疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with serious illnesses of other systems or cognitive or psychiatric disorders
Persons with severe arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia, frequent ventricular premature, severe bradyarrhythmias, etc.)
Comorbidity with other diseases affecting motor function
