研究目的：

探讨加速康复外科理念在腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎中的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

To study the application value of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-70岁；（2）ASA评分I-II级；（3）非妊娠阑尾炎；（4）无腹部手术史。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range from 18 to 70 years old; (2) ASA score I-II; (3) Non pregnancy appendicitis; (4) No history of abdominal surgery.

排除标准：

（1）心肺功能不能耐受腹腔镜手术；（2）阑尾周围脓肿形成；（3）凝血功能异常者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Heart and lung function cannot tolerate laparoscopic surgery; (2) formation of abscess around the appendix; (3) Individuals with abnormal coagulation function
