1)了解精神科护士隐性缺勤行为现状； (2)探究精神科护士隐性缺勤行为的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To acknowledge the current situation of psychiatric nurses ' presenteeism behavior, (2) To explore the influencing factors of psychiatric nurses ' presenteeism behavior.

纳入标准：

①持有护士执业资格证书、经注册的在职护士； ②在精神科的工作时间≥1年； ③知情同意、自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Possessing a nurse qualification certificate, registered on-the-job nurses, (2) working time in psychiatric department ≥ 1 year, (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①外院来培护士、实习护士及规培护士； ②调查期间休假、请假或外出学习的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Nurses coming from outside the hospital for training, internship nurses and regulation nurses, (2) Nurses on vacation, leave of absence or study away during the survey period.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：采用问卷星平台进行电子问卷的收集。在问卷调查前，对调查员进行统一培训，并制定调查规范说明，逐一讲解调查问卷各条目的意义，规范调查程序；对调查问卷进行统一编号。根据纳入及排除标准，严格实施问卷调查。为确保问卷答案填写的更加严谨、准确、完整，避免答案因个人理解错误等原因导致答案产生偏倚，调查时统一指导语。问卷发放时强调自愿填写原则，每份电子问卷首页附有研究目的、意义、填写方式及注意事项，问卷填写采取匿名的方式。 数据管理：问卷星线上平台可用于用于数据接收、录入与暂时保存，并在整个过程于另一台独立的计算机上及时备份数据库，根据工作进度每周对备份文件进行同步更新。而后对数据进行清理、编码、 一致性核查、数据锁定和转换等。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: Electronic questionnaires were collected using the QuestionStar platform. Before conducting a questionnaire survey, provide unified training to the investigators and develop survey specifications, explaining the significance of each item in the survey questionnaire one by one, and standardizing the survey procedures; Number the survey questionnaire uniformly. Strictly implement questionnaire surveys based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. To ensure that the questionnaire answers are filled out more rigorously, accurately, and completely, and to avoid bias in answers due to personal understanding errors and other reasons, unified guidelines are used during the survey. When distributing the questionnaire, the principle of voluntary filling is emphasized, and the research purpose, significance, filling method, and precautions are attached on the homepage of each electronic questionnaire. The questionnaire is filled out anonymously. Then clean, encode, verify consistency, lock and convert the data.
