探索艾司氯胺酮对胸腔镜肺切除术患者肺内分流的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of esketamine on intrapulmonary shunt in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pneumonectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级; 2.行择期胸腔镜肺切除术； 3.年龄18-70岁； 4.知情同意，愿意接受随访； 5.18≤BMI≤30

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I ~ III grade; 2. Selective video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary resection under general anesthesia was performed; 3. age 18-70 years; 4. Informed consent and willing to follow up; 5.18 ≤ BMI ≤ 30

排除标准：

1. 对试验中任一药物过敏患者； 2. 有颅内压升高风险的患者； 3. 控制不佳或未经治疗的高血压患者（静息收缩压/舒张压超过180/100mmhg）； 4. 合并甲亢且控制不佳患者； 5. 严重心肺疾病和肝肾功能障碍者； 6. 精神病史、药物滥用史者； 7. 拒绝参与研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who are allergic to any drug in the test; 2. patients at risk of increased intracranial pressure; 3. patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting systolic / diastolic blood pressure more than 180 / 100mmhg); 4. patients with hyperthyroidism and poor control; 5. severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. those with a history of mental illness and drug abuse; 7. refuse to participate in the study;
