研究目的：

设计不同产品对各类鼻黏膜炎性疾病患者临床鼻腔症状、体征及实验室指标的影响，探讨藏药植物活性成分及复合物对鼻黏膜炎性疾病干预的安全性、有效性及产品优化规划，为鼻黏膜炎性疾病治疗提供新方向，探索开发具有临床价值的藏药新药。  

Objectives of Study：

Design different products to investigate the impact of clinical nasal symptoms, signs, and laboratory indicators on patients with various nasal mucosal inflammatory diseases. Explore the safety, effectiveness, and product optimization planning of Tibetan medicinal plant active ingredients and complexes for intervention in nasal mucosal inflammatory diseases. Provide new directions for the treatment of nasal mucosal inflammatory diseases, and explore the development of new Tibetan medicine with clinical value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

(1)符合《中国慢性鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南(2018)》或《变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南》诊断标准者； (2)患者年龄在18-60岁之间；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Nasosinusitis in China (2018)" or "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis"; (2) The patient is aged between 18 and 60 years old;

排除标准：

(1)在特殊时期的妇女：如妊娠期、哺乳期女性患者； (2)有严重基础病患者：如心血管、肝脏、肾脏方面疾病患者； (3)有精神失常、焦虑症等疾病患者； (4)近1个月内接受免疫、抗感染、激素等治疗者; (5)合并慢性副鼻窦炎者或鼻腔器质性病变或接受鼻腔手术者； (6)有藏红花提取物、锦葵花提取物成分禁忌症； (7)近2周内服用过与治疗相关的药物者； (8)不同意参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women in special periods such as pregnancy and lactation; (2) Patients with severe underlying diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, and kidney diseases; (3) Patients with mental disorders, anxiety disorders, and other diseases; (4) Those who have received immunotherapy, anti infection, hormone therapy, etc. within the past month; (5) Patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis or organic lesions of the nasal cavity, or those undergoing nasal surgery; (6) Contraindications to saffron extract and sunflower extract components; (7) Those who have taken medication related to treatment within the past 2 weeks; (8) Disagree to participate in this study.
