创建肠道微生态重塑协同免疫调节促进慢乙肝临床治愈的治疗策略或方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the therapeutic strategy or scheme of intestinal microecological remodeling and immune regulation to promote the clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18-65岁； (2)口服抗病毒治疗至少1年； (3)HBVDNA检测不到（＜30IU/ml），HBeAg阴性，HBsAg＜1500IU/ml； (4)ALT＜2ULN (5)受试者（或监护人）已签署知情同意书。 说明：既往干扰素治疗结束超过2年，可入组。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age of 18-65 years old; (2) Oral NAs antiviral treatmen for at least 1 year; (3) Undetectable HBVDNA (< 30IU/ml), HBeAg negative, HBsAg < 1500IU/ml; (4) ALT < 2ULN (5) Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects (or their guardians). Note: Patients who had completed previous interferon therapy more than 2 years were eligible for enrollment.

排除标准：

(1)近3月内有急性感染或者使用抗生素治疗的病史； (2)肝硬化（Child-Pugh＞5分）； (3)遗传或者代谢性肝病，如威尔逊氏病或血色沉着病； (4)合并感染甲肝病毒、丙肝病毒、戊肝病毒、EB病毒或巨细胞病毒； (5)有肝细胞癌的症状和体征，AFP>100ng/ml 的患者将被排除，但如已根治2年以上则可入组； (6)孕妇或哺乳期妇女； (7)自身免疫性疾病； (8)精神病史（如严重抑郁症）； (9)未能控制的癫痫、高血压、糖尿病； (10)酗酒； (11)吸毒； (12)严重的心脑血管疾病； (13)器官移植或恶性肿瘤的其他证据； (14)研究者判断不适合本研究的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute infection or antibiotic treatment within the past 3 months; (2) Cirrhosis(Child-Pugh>5); (3) Genetic or metabolic liver disease, such as Wilson's disease or hemochromatosis; (4) Co-infection with hepatitis A virus, hepatitis C virus, hepatitis E virus, Epstein-Barr virus or cytomegalovirus; (5) Patients with symptoms and signs of HCC and AFP>100ng/ml were excluded, but if they had been cured more than 2 years, they could be enrolled. (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Autoimmune diseases; (8) A history of mental illness (such as major depression); (9) Uncontrolled epilepsy, hypertension and diabetes; (10) Alcohol abuse; (11) Drug abuse; (12) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (13) Other evidence of organ transplantation or malignancy; (14) Any other condition that the investigator judged was not appropriate for the study.
