研究目的:

建立基于MRI的机器学习模型,准确诊断早期脊柱结核与脊柱压缩性骨折,避免漏诊及误诊,为临床早期处理提供决策支持。  

Objectives of Study:

Establish a machine learning model based on MRI to accurately diagnose early spinal tuberculosis and spinal compression fractures, avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and provide decision support for early clinical management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、行胸腰椎MRI检查且影像资料较全者,2、有病理学检查或培养检查确诊脊柱结核或确诊椎体压缩骨折者,3、早期脊柱结核及不伴有严重脊柱畸形

Inclusion criteria

1. Thoracic and lumbar spine MRI examination with complete imaging data; 2. Pathological examination or culture examination confirmed spinal tuberculosis or vertebral compression fracture; 3. Early spinal tuberculosis without severe spinal deformity

排除标准:

1、伴随脊柱肿瘤等其他病理性骨折者,2、严重脊柱畸形,流注脓肿,爆裂骨折等,3、既往脊柱手术史、内植物史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other pathological fractures such as spinal tumors, 2. Severe spinal deformities, fluid abscesses, burst fractures, etc., 3. History of previous spinal surgery and implant history.
