研究目的：

本研究目的是观察原发性闭角型青光眼患者早期行透明晶体摘除术后眼部结构和功能的变化，以及植入功能型人工晶体与单焦点人工晶体患者视功能的差异，以期为闭角型青光眼的临床治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the changes of eye structure and function in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma after early clear lens extraction, and the difference of visual function between patients with functional intraocular lens implantation and monofocal intraocular lens implantation, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）存在≥180°的虹膜小梁接触（ITC），且没有周边虹膜前粘连(PAS)和眼压升高的表现； （2）无视神经损害； （3）无明显手术禁忌症且全身情况良好； （4）年龄:45-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) There is an iris trabecular contact (ITC) of ≥ 180, and there is no peripheral anterior synechia (PAS) and elevated intraocular pressure; (2) No optic nerve damage; (3) There is no obvious contraindication for operation and the whole body is in good condition; (4) Age: 45-70 years old.

排除标准：

（1） 根据我国的闭角型青光眼诊断体系确诊为急性闭角型青光眼大发作期、慢性进展期、绝对期患者； （2）其他眼科疾病或外伤引起的继发性青光眼 ； （3）合并白内障的患者； （4）有眼部其他病史 、眼部外伤史、 眼科手术史； （5）不能配合检查者； （6）有上述情况之一者将被排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) According to the diagnosis system of angle-closure glaucoma in China, patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma were diagnosed as grand attack stage, chronic progressive stage and absolute stage; (2) Secondary glaucoma caused by other ophthalmic diseases or trauma; (3) Patients with cataract; (4) Other eye history, eye injury history and eye surgery history; (5) those who cannot cooperate with the inspectors; (6) One of the above situations will be excluded.
