研究目的：

1. 探索母婴分离初产妇出院准备护理中存在的问题； 2. 建构母婴分离初产妇出院准备护理实践模式； 3. 实施母婴分离初产妇出院准备护理实践模式并不断修正； 4. 评价该模式对母婴分离初产妇住院准备度及出院后应对困难的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the problems in the preparation for discharge of primiparas after mother-infant separation. 2. To construct the practice model of preparing nursing care for primipara discharged from hospital after mother-infant separation. 3. Practice model of discharge planning nursing for primiparas with mother-infant separation was implemented and revised continuously. 4. To evaluate the effect of this model on hospital readiness and coping difficulties of primiparas after maternal-infant separation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①初产妇；②新生儿因各类疾病原因收入新生儿科，母婴分离；③知情同意，愿意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1 primiparas, 2 newborns were admitted to the department of Neonatology because of various diseases, mother and infant were separated, 3 informed consent, willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①新生儿畸形；②新生儿告病危；③有精神障碍不能交流的初产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1 newborn malformation, 2 newborn in danger, 3 primipara with mental disorder who can not communicate
