研究目的：

阐明肠道细菌代谢产丁酸盐下降是否抑制GLP-1节律性分泌，促进妊娠期IR并影响GDM发生  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify whether decreased butyrate production by intestinal bacteria inhibits rhythmic GLP-1 secretion, promotes IR during pregnancy and affects GDM occurrence.

纳入标准：

在本院定期产检、分娩并加入母子队列的单胎孕妇；年龄为18-35岁

Inclusion criteria

Singleton pregnant women who intend to have regular prenatal examination, delivery and join the mother-child cohort in our hospital; The age ranged from 18 to 35 years.

排除标准：

既往有高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、肝炎、肾炎、消化道疾病（慢性胃炎、肠炎、胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡等）、感染性疾病史（肝炎、肺结核等）、心血管疾病史及内分泌疾病者；经孕早期空腹血糖查为血糖异常合并妊娠者；采样前1个月内服用抗生素者。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants who have a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, hepatitis, nephritis, gastrointestinal diseases (such as chronic gastritis, enteritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer), infectious diseases (such as hepatitis, tuberculosis), cardiovascular diseases or endocrine diseases will be excluded. Additionally, pregnant patients with abnormal fasting blood glucose levels detected during the first trimester and those who have taken antibiotics within one month before sampling will also be excluded.
