Objectives of Study: |
Through the flexible wearable microfluidic intelligent sensing system, the sweat of patients during general anesthesia was collected, and the concentration of key biochemical indicators (lactic acid, K+, Ca2+) in the sweat was analyzed, and the correlation between the concentration and the corresponding substances in arterial blood was analyzed, so as to explore the feasibility of non-invasive continuous detection of key biochemical indicators in perioperative period through sweat. |

纳入标准: |
①18-65周岁; ②预计手术时间≥3 h; ③需要进行有创动脉穿刺置管,并于术中进行血气分析; ④ASA分级I-III。 |

① 18-65 years old; ② Estimated operation time ≥3 h; ③ Invasive arterial catheterization and intraoperative blood gas analysis are required; ④ ASA classification I-III. |

排除标准: |
①患者无法进行有创动脉穿刺; ②出于医疗安全或患者舒适度考虑,主管医生认为不宜反复采血; ③患者对水凝胶/塑料薄膜过敏; ④患者佩戴心脏起搏器或其他不宜进行电刺激采集汗液的情况; ⑤患者拒绝参加。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
① The patient could not undergo invasive arterial puncture; ② Due to medical safety or patient comfort considerations, the doctor in charge believes that it is not appropriate to take blood repeatedly; ③ The patient is allergic to hydrogels/plastic films; ④ Patients wear cardiac pacemakers or other conditions that are not suitable for electrical stimulation to collect sweat; ⑤ Patients refused to participate. |

数据采集:使用柔性可穿戴微流道智能传感系统实时采集并分析受试者汗液,获得汗液中乳酸、钾离子及钙离子浓度;动脉血乳酸、钾离子、钙离子浓度经由动脉血气分析获得。 数据管理:我们会建立专门的数据库记录受试者汗液及动脉血中乳酸、钾离子及钙离子的浓度值,并记录受试者一般情况(身高、体重、合并症等)及手术麻醉信息(类型、时间等),信息在收集过程中将采用个人身份资料去识别处理,以保护参加者的隐私,受试者采用双重识别号,确保在数据分析时的信息准确性。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data acquisition: The flexible wearable microfluidic intelligent sensing system was used to collect and analyze the subject's sweat in real time to obtain the concentration of lactic acid, potassium ion and calcium ion in the sweat. The concentrations of lactate, potassium and calcium in arterial blood were obtained by arterial blood gas analysis. Data Management: We will establish a special database to record the concentration of lactic acid, potassium ion and calcium ion in subjects' sweat and arterial blood, as well as record subjects' general information (height, weight, comorbidities, etc.) and surgical anesthesia information (type, time, etc.). In the process of information collection, personal identification data will be used to identify and process the information to protect the privacy of participants and ensure the accuracy of information in data analysis. |
